How much disk space and bandwidth will my plan include?
There are no set limits on the disk space usage that we provide in our reseller hosting plans. We want you to have the resources you need to build a great online presence. That being said, we do require all customers to be fully compliant with our Terms of Service and utilize disk space and bandwidth in the normal operation of a personal or small business website.

Do you offer a Money Back guarantee?
We offer a 30 day money back guarantee on Shared Hosting monthly Plans only, but there are no refunds upon completion of the 30th day of hosting with KTCHost. *Shared hosting monthly plans have a one month money back guarantee, if you are not satisfied with our service in any way, we will refund all hosting charges, no questions asked.
There is no refund for following packages
★ Yearly shared hosting plan is not covered under 30 days money back guarantee as its available in very cheap rates and not possible to make refunds for small amounts because of transaction charges by Banks and Paypal.
★ Domain names as you are given full ownership of the domain name for the year. You may transfer your domain name away at that time.
★ SSL Certificates, once SSL certificate issue, we won't be able to provide you refund, you can make SSL certificate cancellation request before issuing SSL certificate for your domain.
★ Dedicated IPS, if you have purchased dedicated ip on yearly basis then you can convert the dedicated ip order from yearly basis to monthly basis and make a claim for remaining months as per monthly base plan, you won't be eligible for discounts offers on yearly basis.
★ VPS/Cloud and Dedicated Servers, we do not provide refund for monthly basis orders, if you have purchased VPS/Cloud or Dedicated Servers on yearly basis then you can convert the VPS/Cloud or Dedicated Servers order from yearly basis to monthly basis and make a claim for remaining months as per monthly base plan rates, you won't be eligible for discounts offers on yearly basis.
Are there any hidden charges?
KTCHost is not having other hidden charges. We will never charge you for anything without your prior consent.
How long will it take to set up my account?
KTCHost USP is 100% client satisfaction, therefore your account will be activated the very same business day.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Paypal. Payments by check or money order must be mailed to our mailing address. Make checks payable to Kaizen Software Solutions. We do not accept cash.
Can I upgrade my hosting plan at a later stage?
Yes you can. All accounts can be upgraded any time. Upgrades will happen the same business day.
When I upgrade, do I have to pay a setup fee again?

How will you invoice me?

Do you put banners or pop-ups on my web pages?
No, we do not change or tamper with your website, you are the owner of hosting account with us, and you can only make changes in your web pages.

Yes. System Administrators monitor our servers 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
Do you backup my website?
We perform backups of all websites on daily basis for database and weekly basis for files for all shared hosting clients but its used to restore account from backup incase any hardware level issue occurs, it's always recommended to purchase a FTP backup to save your hosting data.
I own a Macintosh Computer and not sure, if I can use your web hosting services or not?
Do you offer Microsoft FrontPage Extensions?
No, due to support for Microsoft FrontPage being discontinued in 2006 by its distributers, we no longer provide FrontPage Extensions.
Do you allow adult content on your servers?
We do not allow adult content on shared servers. This is described as pornographic material. We do allow certain types of artistic material. Please contact live chat support or open ticket, if you have further questions.
Do you allow telnet / SSH access?
Unfortunately on shared accounts we are not able to allow access due to security issues, you can contact live chat support or open ticket, if you want to run any command which required ssh access, so that we can run the command, if it won't cause any problem to server. On all VPS/Cloud and Dedicated plans full SSH access is allowed.
What kind of database access do you provide?
Our main shared hosting only allows for MySQL access, though we do have special shared servers that provide PostgreSQL and SQLite, available upon request. We do not offer MSSQL or Microsoft Access Database. On VPS/Cloud and Dedicated servers, you can manage databases as per your requirement.
What Operating System do you use on the servers?
Our servers currently run Linux hosting on CentOS 6.x and Windows hosting on Windows 2012 R2. Our VPS/Cloud systems are powered by Vmware and KVM.
What version of PHP do you use?
We currently offer PHP 5 only

Can I use Active Server Pages (ASP) on my site?
Yes, you can, you can purchase any windows hosting plan for ASP.
Can I use Java Servlet Pages (JSP) on my site?
Yes, you can, while making an order for shared hosting make a comment that you want Java Servlet supported server because we do not provide Java Servlet support on all shared hosting servers.
Can I purchase a domain name with KTCHost?
Yes. You can order any domain with KTCHost.
Can I purchase a domain name without purchasing a hosting account?
Yes, you can.

I already have a domain name. How do I point it to my new account?
In order to point your domain at our servers, simply contact us on live chat support or open a ticket, so that we can help you to update the nameserver for your domain because we do believe in 100% client satisfaction.
I've changed my domain name servers over, and my site is not coming up. How come?
Once you have changed the nameservers for your domain name, it takes anywhere from 24-72 hours for your domain name to fully propagate over to our servers. However, in the meantime, you can access your website via a temporary url. (http://servername.ktchost.com/~username). If you experience any other problems with your domain, please contact support.
Can I purchase more bandwidth?
Yes, you can purchase it but we do have limit for extra bandwidth per month.
Can I purchase more email accounts?
No need to purchase more E-mail accounts because we do provide unlimited E-mail accounts with all shared hosting packages.
Can I purchase more SQL Databases?

What is Fully-Managed Hosting?
Fully-managed hosting means that we will provide assistance with just about any issue or configuration request you may have with your web hosting outside of custom software/script installations (ex: Wordpress, Joomla etc).
How do I transfer my web pages to your server?
You can contact our live chat support agent and they will help you to migrate web pages from old web hosting provider to our server. We do have dedicated migration team, who are responsible to migrate data.
