While installing the wordpress plugin, the plugin directory is not able to create the directory to install the plugin from the wordpress admin section, to resolve the issue login in to the wordpress admin section with admin login details and make sure that “UPLOAD” path is set correctly under the WordPress >> Settings >> Miscellaneous section.Refer to the following steps to confirm it.
1. Login to your admin page
2. Go to settings
3. Go to Media (Check “Uploading Files”)
4. Find Store uploads in this folder
5. Change it to wp-content/uploads
The above problem is also occur while upload the images in the wordpress, so make sure that path is correct to resolve the issue else you won’t able to browse the images and receive 404 error message for the images.
