When adding or deleting the domain or database from the Plesk panel,we are reeving the following
Error: Connection to the database server has failed:
Table ‘mysql.servers’ doesn’t exist
The above error is occur because the Plesk panel database tables privileges are lost.
We can reset the Plesk panel database privileges by using the following commands
1) Login to the server as a root user
2)Run the following command to resolve the Plesk panel issue.
[root@server ~]# mysql_fix_privilege_tables –user=admin –password=
