Basically after running an easyapache, the easyapache process checks the virtual host zones and user data file to correct the virtual host document root path therefore some time domains are showing the cPanel default page after running the easyapache, to avoid this problem always make sure that /var/cpanel/userdata/users/domainname file having the correct the document root or you can run the following command to correct the userdata file doument root path automatically.
/usr/local/cpanel/bin/userdata_update –update
