The R1Soft is one of the backup utility software which allows you to generate the backup for your servers on the remote server and many time R1Soft backup is running because mismatch of install key to run the R1Soft process from the server to connect remote server therefore its always better to check the installed R1Soft key on the server and remove the unwanted key from the server to avoid any problem.
Login in to the server as root user and run the following command to check the installed R1Soft key.
r1soft-setup –list
If any R1Soft key installed on the server than following result will be displayed.
root@server[~]# r1soft-setup –list
Installed keys:
192.168.0.212
213.21.21.12
2 keys installed
As per above result two servers keys (192.168.0.212, 213.21.21.12) is already installed on the server.
