For Linux system monitoring no need to any further third party tools. We can use following four tools to monitor server.
1 top – Top command showing current process activity with exact command which currently running on your server.
2 ps – It display current running process
3 iostat – It shows average CPU Load, Disk Activity etc
4 vmstat – It showing system activity/Hardware & System Information.
