While suphp and suexec is enabled first time on the server, we do face many 500 Internal Server Error and if the server is shared server and we don’t have time to resolve the issue at that simply disable the suphp and suexec server wide and enable it in the weekend.To disable suphp and suexec server wide login in to the server and run the following command, it will disable the suphp and suexec server wide.
/scripts/disablefileprotect
You can also disable the SuPHP and SuExec from the WHM under the SuExec section.
