The Centova Cast admin panel throwing the localhost connection issue on the port 2199 because Centova Cast daemon is down, to start the Centova Cast daemon from the shell, run the following commend.
chmod 0755 /home/centovacast/scripts/castdctl.sh
/home/centovacast/scripts/castdctl.sh start
If you have installed the centovacast under the another user name then replace the user name centovacast with the actual user name.
